The lower trigram is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yijing.nl\/trigrams\/29-kan.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kan<\/a>: gorge or water, and the upper trigram is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yijing.nl\/trigrams\/2-kun.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kun<\/a>: field or earth.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/span>&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<span><b>B. The Judgment<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span>&nbsp; &nbsp;1. The Army. The army needs perseverance<\/span><br \/>\n<span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;And a strong man.<\/span><br \/>\n<span>&nbsp;<\/span>&nbsp; 2. Good fortune without blame.<\/p>\n<h3>\n<span>C. The Image<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span><br \/>\n&nbsp; 1. In the middle of the earth is water:<\/span><br \/>\n<span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; The image of The Army.<\/span><br \/>\n<span>&nbsp; 2. My interpretation<\/b>&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<h3>\nA. <span face=\"&quot;proxima nova&quot; , sans-serif\" style=\"background: 0px 0px rgb(255, 255, 255); border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 19px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jamesdekorne.com\/GBCh\/hex5.htm\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Discipline&#8221;<\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\nAs with any soldier setting out to complete a mission, do<br \/>\nnot let personal feelings intersect the command of duty.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;Always remember Duty<br \/>\nFirst, and then all will farewell. Within the plane of organizational<br \/>\nactivities, there are leaders and there are followers.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>If one is to assume the<br \/>\nposition of leadership at any given moment one cannot come to the table<br \/>\nhalf-stepping when above all, one has been given a position of authority.<o:p><\/o:p><\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\nStay on top of your underlings do not let them relax their<br \/>\ntoes. Ensure that the right people occupy the right positions, do not promote<br \/>\nan underling \u2013 just because.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Have a factual reason to strengthen the base of your<br \/>\nrank and file.
