If one is to assume the<br \/>\nposition of leadership at any given moment one cannot come to the table<br \/>\nhalf-stepping when above all, one has been given a position of authority.<o:p><\/o:p><\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\nStay on top of your underlings do not let them relax their<br \/>\ntoes. Ensure that the right people occupy the right positions, do not promote<br \/>\nan underling \u2013 just because. Have a factual reason to strengthen the base of your<br \/>\nrank and file.
